Relay Conference Captioning (RCC)

This service combines real-time captioning with voice relay services to allow Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals to equally participate in multi-party Conference calling.  

Deaf participants follow the captioned dialogue in real-time (similar to TV captioning) and type online to their captioner who voices into the call on their behalf.  A personal computer with internet service and web browser is required. Just click here—www.ArkansasRCC.com.
