residents only:
TAP provides free CapTel to eligible Arkansans who are deaf, or hard of hearing. TAP is a program within Arkansas Rehabilitation Services that enables individuals to lead more independent lives by providing specialized equipment for communication.

For Federal Government only:
Are you an active Federal employee? If so, your Federal CapTel® phone is accessible domestically from work, home or while traveling in the fifty states. No domestic toll (long distance) charges for calls made anywhere in the United States.
CapTel phones for active Federal employees are available for the agency to purchase on the GSA schedule at www.captel.com/federal.php.
Note: Spouse, siblings or children of deceased federal active employees do not qualify to purchase a Federal CapTel phone on their behalf.
